"The VPU software support Video In 1 thru 4.
On a VPU plus you can use a build in SDI HD PCI card.
Video In 1 and 2 is reserved for this card.
The latency is about 1.5 fps. Quiet good.
Via the two USB 3.0 ports on the back side you can plug in 2 x VC100XUSB devices.
This device driver is already installed in the VPU software.
This device supports SDI HD Input up to 1920x1080@60Hz.
The latency is about 4 to 5 fps. For some applications it's maybe enough.
In the VPU Video In menu you can start an external configuration (windows menu) to install the devices on Video In 3 and 4.
We have made some test with 4 x SDI HD input 1920x1080@60Hz on a VPU plus and it works really good.
N.B.: sometimes you need to pre-config the USB device Input/output setting on another PC before you select the VC100XUSB in the VPU plus software."
